i find a hobby. certain things really calm me down, resembling i love to drive and listen to the radio loud, i like to paint or play games. also to relax i take a hot tub and wash my hair and after lay back in the river to rinse it, the warm water is relaxing on the scalp. also i love to snigger, watch a stand up comedy show or a comedy. and i've heard that sex is a exceptionally good stress reliever. not because it feels angelic but because it releases chemicals in your brain that's like a crude high. i'm sure there's more but it's all i get for now

What do you suggest?

Definitely find a hobby, but not one that is so difficult u will b cause more stress. I would try a simple team sport like soccer or an instrument, since i took up guitar a couple years ago i find my self near much less stress in my enthusiasm , good luck :)

Find some time thats just for yourself with the sole purpose, put on a relaxing cd and meditate. If you cant meditate very well after look up how to do breathing exercises on the net, that is a honest way to start learning. I also find that reading a book help too if you like that kinda thing, virtuous luck...

Get a stress ball, squeeze for 5 seconds, relax, squeeze for 5 second, relax...etc. Or try taking a nap, yoga, meditating, or going for a run. Jogging always calms me down. Good Luck! :)
