I'd find a different doctor and in a hurry!

I had the same problem more rapidly this year. The doctor finally decided that it was a pulled muscle and not a hernia, which be the other option. It finally went away until a few days ago because I lift more then I should have. Now I lately have to wait it out. Try not lifting anything for a few days and see if it starts to help. God bless and good luck. You may want to speak to a GP to rule out appendicitis or inflamed bowel. It's good that you go to an obstetrician to rule out any reproductive problems. It also might be the symptoms of a hernia. .
Possibly appendicitis. Maybe you should see a general practitioner. (Regular Doctor)
