Answer: Like they were removing a splinter. The area may enjoy to be lanced a bit if it is deep - but pretty painless. There are lots other painful things to have to progress through in life, similar to child birth..

When I was younger I get HUGE CHUNKS in my foot and it was bleeding really fruitless and we had to put over 100 badaids and tape on it only just so we could get to the hospital and I wouldn't loose any more blood.

They put you to sleep and remove it than stitches !
