What's a upright passageway to drip and stay asleep?
I have been have a really hard time sleeping at night for yesteryear couple of weeks or so. I can fall asleep pretty fast but I rouse up constantly threw out the night at random times and I can't plummet back asleep, and then I am super tired adjectives day and when I try to take a powernap during the day I can't fall asleep and if I do afterwards i'm awake within 20 minutes and can't fall asleep again. It's getting to the point that I know enjoy huge dark circles under my eyes and I perceive and look exahusted. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I can do to help me sleep at hours of darkness?
Answer: Exercise helps. I take Benadryl 25mg sometimes when I can't sleep. It is an antihistamine and not need forming. It really works..
you should exercise a lot and don't take nap so you will be exhausted come nighttime. i also heard that being out contained by the sun a lot during the day help you sleep better. try some yoga right before you go to bed, you know relax, or whip a warm bath and you will get the impression soothed enough to fall asleep. and you know if nought works out, you could always try sleeping pills. I would stop and think in the region of the circumstances that have changed since this started. Have you had a little one? Had any hormonal changes? Have you had more stress, or caffeine, or changed your diet. Are you worrying roughly speaking something?
If you can figure out what has changed, conceivably then you can come up with somethings to bring back back to normal. I don't really know what to suggest minus knowing what has changed with yourself since this started..
I'm certainly a polysomnography technician, we pretty much run sleep studies on people with these type of probs. If u consistency that this might be chronic insomnia u should talk to ur doctor. First u should try a few things...try taking a warm tub and a hot cup of chamomile tea usually puts me straight to sleep..u can even ad a bit of honey...U'll like it...hope I be helpful.;) No carbs, sugar, OR caffeine after 6pm. I do it as a rule anyway..
now im not a perv but have sex then a large chalice of water works I've been suffering from insomnia for a while in a minute. I've learned to drink lots of water and get through regularly, even if it is hard to function. I know your appetite will diminish considerably, but you need to try. Try to lug a walk before you progress to sleep (or try at least). Find a consistent time to start trying to sleep and don't lay there for over an hour. Keep doing something else every half hour similar to alternate between trying to sleep and reading, then sleep, then see t.v. If something is bothering you, that can CERTAINLY be a cause. If it keeps up, see a doctor. No caffeine to save you awake, either. Just eat right and relax. It'll be fine.
