What's a robust bearing to keep hold of awake during my classes?
During school days, here's my timetable/schedule:
6:00 AM - wake up
7:00 to 4:30 - surrounded by school (with two 10-min breaks and one 45-minute lunch break)
In some days, I have extracurricular comings and goings which are rather required, so basically by afterwards, I get home by 6 PM .
After an hour of eating dinner, I do my homework from 12AM to 2 AM.
No kid you. I'm an overachiever and it's starting to take a toll on me. We have homework within every subject every day and my Math and Science are advanced. I'm not complaining. I'm also not expecting THAT sched to change.
All I entail is an answer to this question: what's a healthy track to keep awake during my classes - especially the afternoon ones?
Answer: Honestly, it's going to keep taking it's toll on you. You're going to hold falling asleep in class and you'll start getting colds more easily, getting headache, and other, more serious symptoms. 2-6 AM is not enough sleep, and if you're "overacheiving" now, you indubitably won't be doing it when you burn out in 5 years. My advice? Get more sleep. If you grasp home at 6 and eat dinner at 7, why do you start homework at 12?
I'm sorry, I know I sound close to a total jerk and there's obviously circumstances that I'm not aware of, but the truth of the event is that you're not living a healthy lifestyle, and there isn't any hygienic way to stay awake that long. You counld inject yourself, drink gallons of coffee, or poke yourself in the ribs, but that's not going to be 'healthy'. The simply TRULY healthy thing you can do is catch more sleep. And change your schedule, even if it method dropping something. If you're this tired now, what happens when you step to University, or get a job? It doesn't receive any easier.
Just something to think about...
you drink coffee at adjectives? protein is good in the morning to maintain up your energy. eat small frequent snacks throughout the afternoon, avoid sugar and although i know you are pressed for time, a steady workout regime, maybe 20-30 min in the morning should pass you energy throughout the day (P.S- everybody requirements a break sometimes. find a way to make time for yourself. relax.)
Am I one a germaphobe too much? or is my dad of late tired?
Drink tea/coffee, which ever you prefer.Exercising contained by the morning can keep you awake.
Splash your face next to cold water.
Diclofenic or co-codamel which i should drop bad first?
How can i lug out this eyelash that be surrounded by my eye but is in a minute stuck on my break duct?!?
Really uncharacteristic sickness?
