What's going on here?
Lately, I've been feeling really helpless, and I don't know why. It seem like I've got something on my chest and it won't move. I hold night mares a lot, and I consistency just generally apathetic and desolate all the time... This happens to me occasionally, and it last a really long time, the longest lasting for over six months. It got to the point where on earth I seriously considered suicide, but I knew that was stupid.
The piece is, I don't know what's wrong. I've been getting sick a lot lately, too. Just impulsive colds and stuff... I'm learning guitar, and I just don't get the impression like picking it up and playing. I've been sleeping smaller number and been really tired during the day. I have a feeling like I don't have a single friend, but I know I do... I've be really lonely and stuff, but I don't feel like chitchat to people.
Like, the other night, my best friend call, and I usually love to talk to him, but I just didn't quality like talking... I don't know what's wrong.
I construe maybe it's because none of my friends, not even my closest, have notice... But that's irrational, because I hide it.
Any ideas on how to lend a hand, what to do, what might be causing this?

Answer: Due to the lengths of time you enjoy been experiencing these feelings, you are probable suffering from clinical depression. It sounds like you also have some anxiety (the chest heaviness). You should distinctly talk to your doctor. There are many obedient medicatoins that can help you feel more close to yourself.
If you aren't interested in the medication route, exercising also naturally boosts seratonin level which helps fight depression. But you own to be willing to make yourself in actual fact do it which is a lot harder than taking a pill every day. Good luck - hope you quality better..

You mite be suffering from depression. Or maybe toxins are accumulate in your body. They not only breed someone low on energy, but also make them quality depressed mentally.
how was your digestion? maybe you'll have need of some all natural detox tea to flush out adjectives the toxins. I'm sure it'll make you feel better physically and mentally. And it'll gross your whole body feel lighter too.
Then, when u hold the energy, try talking and chatting next to your friends, listen to some music, do some simple lazy stretching exercise (nothing intense) and some slow cycling or walking around the neighbourhood.
Eat moral healthy food and just do stuff that'll relax you and get u happy!
