To keep myself awake through the night--as I need to study for a final theory test I'm having tomorrow and I always catch sleepy shortly after starting...

Tons of coffee and sugar will make you hyper, your heart beat faster, dizzy and next you will crash BIG. Go to a Walgreens, or other pharmacy type store and buy two 5 hour energy drinks. THey are small, and packed beside vitamins and the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee. Pick up some of your favorite soda and snax with protein, resembling some cheese and crackers or peanut butter.
Eat, drink one of them and study until you start to feel really exhausted; go next to it, you aren't going to retain anything anyway. Take a 3 hour power nap, it's exactly what the body needs, and you will know how to wake up from it. Set your alarm!! At this point, take a shower, drink a soda, own the second energy drink and something to eat. Study until it is time for the trial. You will have had powerful study time, you won't be a jittery, shaky mess and your mind will be clear.

Buy a big piece of cake, a candy bar, and a litter of pop. It won't kick contained by right away so start eating and drinking these before you start to study. It will maintain you awake.for a long time, trust me. I couldn't fall asleep all hours of darkness when studying for one of my finals, as a result I did well, however this is a really unheathly way to shift about it. So try getting those vitamine waters of energy drinks that hold you focused and awake
