What's the quickest mode to relieve anger?

Sometimes I find myself really angry cause of something. Then it'd ruin my whole afternoon. Even right now I'm angry, my facial muscles hurt from being stuck surrounded by a mad face. Any backing?

Answer:    Go psycho on a punching bag or pillow real speedy. Works for me. .
The best way to deal next to anger is to delay your reaction and afterwards let it go. If something make you angry then count to ten before you respond at adjectives. If after a few minutes you still feel angry then I don`t know you have a psychological problem. Unless of course we're discussion about a very serious problem. Any technique that includes any humane of violence, such as hitting something or visualizing someone getting hurt, just increases angry and lessens your control of your temper. LOOOOOOONG WALKS... breathe it out and seize AWAY from the situation. i should know cuz im "preggo" so i get mad well, and all i do is take a stroll round my block... breathe it out, and get the hell away from the person whos pissin me stale.

if its something you are thinking about at work or somewhere ... then i suggest NOT THINKING ABOUT IT within the first place. seriously... if you find yourself thinking of a bad situation, turn it around to bcome a good one within your mind. then again, MORE BREATHS, fake smiles (a) your work nouns... & let it pass until you can find time to fiddle with the problem

if this doesn't work, but a cup bottle in a plastic bag and smash it beside a hammer, it REALLY helps!.
think/imagine of a personality you hate most. this person who would wound you. and get really angery with this creature. if you keep the feirce anger inside you, its not healthy. keep watch on a lot of funny movies, hang out next to friends, yoga? listen to music, take a day stale, take up a hobby, do something you have other wanted to do. thats the best i got...hope it help..

If you are standing sit down. If you are sitiing , lie down breate in and out slowly.Drink some cold hose run or play a sport like raquetball. It really does help relieve stress and anger..
