What's the U.S. reworked copy

What is the USA's version of the UK's ''NHS ''(National Health Service) and is it publicly funded in the US aswell?

Answer:    The incorporated states does not have universalized healthcare for it's citizens. It's been a heavily debate issue for ages.

There's Medicare but that's specifically for families with low incomes and the elderly.

Everyone else is expected to own private insurance, pay all costs themselves, pray their illenesses won't destroy them or go into massive debt.
