Whats the worst interfere with you've done to yourself by exercising?
Went for a jog for the first time in ages 2 days ago and my legs are still surrounded by complete agony every time I walk (despite warming up and warm down before and afterwards).
Would like to hear some stories to build me stop feeling sorry for myself!

Hmmmm. Well I just not long tore my meniscus doing aerobics.. I have been actively going to the gym for yrs...and for anything reason, tear !this is my second scratch of the knees from exercise.
I gotta tone it down a bit.
why do you feel sorry for yourself?. Its obvious you are in recent times out of shape, that is a no-brainer.
Just shorten your stride a bit. slow down the tread.
you could hurt yourself.
I still sometimes take classes that make me so sore I can't even budge the gym for 2-days.

HA.I was running, training for a 20k run, and i tripped and fell. When i fell there be a horrible pain in my right knees and i couldnt stand the pain so i blacked out. Luckily I was next to a friend and they called the ambulence to come and get me...
I woke up surrounded by the hospital to a nurse waking me u so that the doctor could tell me i have torn my ACL and i had needed surgery.
I couldn't run my 20k and i still have problems beside my knee now...
i blind my right eye trying to lock in a ballon lol

last summer i was playing a pick up hobby of beach volleyball and went for a bubble that i should never have gone for but im supper competitive... anyway when i did this i twisted my left knees and felt somthing shift... i knew that something wasnt right but person the competitve(and slightly stupid) person that i am... i continued to play(all the while my knee is swelling)... that hours of darkness when i got home my knee be huge so i did the whole RICE thing... and the subsequent morning my knee was still deeply swollen and very tender... when i went to procure out of bed i could barely put any weight on my leg.. so i go to the immediate care center and be told that i had "sprained" my MCL... was put contained by an immobolizer and on crutches for 10 days and when i went back my knees was STILL very swollen so i be sent for MRI(#1) and found out that i had actually to a degree torn my MCL... long story short... went to PT for two months not much improvement, so a second MRI be done(same results) so i was sent back to PT and given my first of 3 cortisone injection(to try and control swelling).. I be cleared(after begging) to return to competitve cheerleading but was NOT allowed to tumble(bummer)... anyway continued with PT until March 08(with followups every 4 weeks, and two more injections from October- December) when i be released... then on March 17th(had another followup scheduled on the 19th, to finally discus surgery) my knees gave out and i felt something ripping inside my knees and was immediatly in horrible pain(i thought i be going to be physically sick), my knee swelled emmensly, and i was inept to bear any weight(without my knee premonition as though it was going to fall apart)... so i be convinced to go to the ER that morning(i wanted to loaf unitl my apointment)... i was put back within the immobolizer and back on crutches... sent for a third MRI(which was inconliusive... due to swelling according to the report), i be then sent to a knee specialist... who fears that i hold retorn my MCL(MRI did show that), have a chondral fracture on my patella, and either parital or completely torn my ACL(cant communicate from MRI cause of the swelling and obstruction. from the chondral fx)... i also own a huge bone bruise on my internal medial notch of my femur(both where the MCL and ACL attach) which is why he think that my ACL is blown...It has been almost 5 weeks and i hold very little ROM back(im currently at a VERY painful 75 degrees), and my knees is very unstable still.
I am currently in PT to try and bring back somemore ROM back as well as getting the swelling underneath control(which it finally is) and then i am having surgery...
this have caused my to miss the end of this cheer season(nationals and worlds) and i may interweave up missing next season as well(if im not cleared by october)
oh yeah and i also twisted(slight sprained) my right ankle while in PT for my knees, while doing plyrometrics(jumping exercises)... its still a bit sore but its ok(just sucks cause i cant really give it the proper rest because of the investigational injury to my knee
I have also injured my departed ankle while practicing my jumps at cheer practice(never went to the dr... stupidity complex) and i continued to cheer on a deeply badly sprained ankle(when it rolled i felt and hear 3 pops)..
I woke up today next to threatening colored sputum surrounded by my mouth, what should i do?
Need recommend on extreme constipation?
How long should i hurry today? I hurt myself final time on 8miles?
