Whats the worst for your Lungs and heart , Smoking weed or tobaco?
Well my question Is mostly the title .Juste wondering wich one is worst for you.
Answer: Not that I encourage or discourage the consumption of any "drug", I believe that there is a very unashamed less-healthy option when comparing tobacco and marijuana.
The fact that tobacco is processed beside multiple additives and chemicals while marijuana is purely plant (not processed or altered), obviously designates that smoking cigarettes is less good for your lungs than smoking pot.

I go with tobacco unless you have it in mind cigars. The plant has been ruined by corporations who make the addition of chemicals to the cigarette and put fiberglass in the filters.
Cigars, otherwise, you don't inhale. They don't burn your lungs, but they still cause cancers.
Marijuana, otherwise, may still be contaminated by the dealer who wants to hold the best weed so people buy from him more often.
The steam from smoking really burns your lungs and gunk still gets stuck in them, unless you don't inhale.
Pretty much, if you don't grow it yourself, they are adjectives just about as bleak as the other. If you do grow yourself, weed is not as bad for you, but still pretty bad. .
I would voice that smoking tobacco is worst for you since the filters on ciggs contain toxic chemicals. Both will still burn up these little hair resembling things on your lungs, called cillia, witch would make you more succeptable to infections. Tobacco, no interrogate about it, though that's probably not that the tobacco is worse puff-for-puff but that people tend to use plentifully more of it, e.g., 20 cigs a day..
Even chronic marijuana users are not at any higher risk for cancer or emphysema than non-smokers.
I focus you know the effects of tobacco.

tobacco really can hurt your lungs, mouth, & teeth. but weed dosn't do that. weed might make you gain weight. but make you chill and relax. Smoking tobacco is worst..
