Whats this contained by my foot?
for a few years ive been getting this very discomfited sort of pain in my foot.. i think it might be a charley horse but im not sure. if i bend my foot a certain bearing sometimes i get a really uncomfortable foreboding as though my muscle got stuck but it only last about 30 seconds, and it individual happens in my foot. is this a charley horse?
Answer: My initial answer was 'Your Mouth?' OK first you do not state in which direction you verbs the foot, up, down, right or left? Sometimes small little problems like this that we dismiss, because it merely happens when... turn out to be problems with the ankles! I had the same entry and my doctor said it was from walking on hard floors adjectives day where I worked.Try getting some shoes beside really good insoles.It will take the pressure of your arches and strenthen the muscles.i dont know thats wierd
