i may have a torn muscle in my lower put money on
im getting an mri or a ct to see if its a fracture or a torn muscle
i play soccer
so whats the treatment if its torn?
will i be sitting out the whole season?

rest rest and more rest! - sorry mate :( the worst item you can do with a torn muscle, specially in the rear, is aggravate it unnecessarily - lots of deep heat - ibroprufen rub and massage. and REST - ok so you might sit out for a season which i can tell will be unbearable for you - but better a season than to never play again hey! ...pious luck and get well soon xx
