Answers: you have probably tore a ligament in it. best to see your gp but ibuprohen can lend a hand repair it and take off any swelling...you will also requirement to rest it and next time you go to the gym appropriate it a bit easier, you have to give your body a destiny to adapt

Where exactly on your arm is the pain? Does it consistency like a bruise, a "nervy" pain or is it within one of your joints? Did you sleep on it at a funny angle? Is it hurting in duplicate place as it was when you were sore from your workout? Do you own restricted movement in any of your joints (shoulder, elbow, wrist)? Have you tried stretching it?You could enjoy a pinched nerve - if you had strained something during your workout you would hold felt it sooner.
I would recommend seeing a physiotherapist.
You have over done the work out. The first morning after over doing it parts of your body ache, the second day parts hurt and next after the 3rd day your body starts to return to normal until you do another stupid workout.
