Whats wrong near my knees?
this is VERY confusing! im 14 and just before christmas something be happening to my knees. its really freaking me out and my mum suggests it COULD be athritis. this is what happens:
my knees hurt when i hike, but the pain is minimal as it only once in a blue moon stops me from walking. it will ache like a huge bruise, but this reaction is on both knees. then the pain really kick in when i run. my knees HURT SO MUCH! i can't even run. i have to stop. it hurts similar to this when i bend down to pick something up too. then if i walk/run for too long, the pain increases and for some basis my ankles/soles of feet/ bottom of my back will hurt in matching pain. its really weird. this happen EVERY time i run and it really hurts. been happening since earlier christmas. but my knees dont hurt when i am sitting down and touching my knees. it doesnt hurt when i touch my knees where it hurts. im really confused. what could it be? it cant be "nothing" because its been scheduled for a while. .
Answer: It could be arthritis or it could be caused from growing. I know people that hold knee problems from both of those reasons. My solitary suggestion is to go to a doctor because they can take x-rays and do test and stuff and us answerers do not have access to your knees. =p I really hope that you don't have arthritis, though.
expurgate: oh and I know someone with another knee problem that doesn't hold to do with growing or arthritis, but I'm not quite sure what it is. I do know that they own to wear knee braces often and hold to go to physical therapy normally.
