When i first get up up contained by the morning my legs hurt really desperate
15 year old runner and recently when i first rouse up in the morning my legs hurt, like my shins, ankles, knees. After in the region of 10 minutes the pain goes away and i can wander fine with no pain. Is this everyday, and is there any way to prevent this
