When I'm diffident, I build it comprehensible?

My face turns red, I start laughing, and I studder a lot if I'm frightened or trying to hide something. How can I stop this?

Answer:    Take big massive deep breaths and mull over of how you ate your breakfast that morning...it takes your mind of it...think of a specific detailed time!!
It works for me!.
Distract yourself beside visualization. Picture the ocean, with a standard lamp blue sky with the sun shining bright and birds flying and singing. If that doesn't work, picture something you really like. Hope this help!
