When should i work out morning or darkness?
hi~ Sadly im 149 pounds right now
i want to start working out so that i can have a flawless senior year
but im not sure when i should start working out.. i have 1 month til school starts! HELP plz
should i work out after i get through all my meals ~ breakfast lunch and dinner?
or previously all of that during 7 o clock AM or something like that..
if i get through and workout i'll be hungry again..
if i workout and eat.. then my body will be hungry and tired
so im taking for rotund in from what i eat even though i juz drink normal food
rice and kimchi << yes im korean but fattening stuff some cases :P and snacks
lol~ if you get my point please post as much as possible ;(
thinking of dance to lose weight.. like hip hop abs << if u hear of it

Answer: Morning...you should always eat after you work out...your body continues to metabolize and burn calories after you stop working out as it cools down, so you work out first consequently eat later..and bc you are hot and stuff, you dont grain as hungry therefore you dont over eat!.
There's no channel to lose tons of weight real speedily unless you go on some sort of crazily unhealthy diet and/or not consumption. If you want to lose some weight I would recommend buying some Tae-Bo tapes. They're in actuality pretty fun. I'd also recommend having set meal times next to small snacks (plain celery is probably best b/c you burn more calories digesting it than are in it). Eat before you work out and drink plenty of sea if you sweat a lot.
So go pick up some Tae-Bo tape. You'll lose weight and build some slight muscle tone..
yeah I know, when I work out I get hungry after too, but as far as I can communicate before bed is the best, if you can do it both morning and night it would be pious. And as for fun working out without leaving your house, I doubt its possible, I be going to crank up the tunes and go crazy, thats about it. hip hop abs is cool tho, or you can walk swimming, that helps too, theres lots you can do but as for having fun working out within your house, its very limited. I resembling to work out while watching never back down, they work out in the movie and its a polite movie, it helps me.
