Trust me...nothing much covers the smell of pot. It have such a pungent odor that there is no mistaking what it is. As for the second question..no, but really you shouldn't be smoking any pot or tobacco as they are both really bad for your lungs.

I wouldn't know about the getting stoned portion, but it's pretty fundamental impossible to cover up the smell of weed. It smells so terrible that it's easy to detect.

I wouldn't know more or less the stoned part, but weed has a drastically distinctive smell. It's pretty easy to tell when someone's be smoking. I don't think you could cover that up with tobacco.
