Whenever I play guitar, after a while my wrist starts hurting really weakly?

I've started playing guitar a few months ago and I practice about 5hrs a week. after a while practicing I notice my wrist starting to hurt because my left wrist bending towards the d¨Ścolletage. what should I do!
Answers:    I have played guitar for over 30 years. Really muscle strength has very little to do near playing well. It is the agility, coordination and light touch that works best. Unfortunately it takes masses years of playing for most people to acquire this touch. Anytime that a brute force approach is applied the muscles, nerves and tendons are strained and produce pain and possibly permanent harm.

Forcing the muscles is incorrect. The correct approach is to ease off, play fewer log, slow the tempo and relax. Playing with this relaxed feel is the basis to play correctly. This relaxed consistency should slowly be speeded up and more notes added as feels comfortable. Never force it and always play beside relaxed muscles.
