Whenever I dance to tumbling, I win this headache that hurts every time I shake my cranium. Is that run of the mill?

It happens whenever I'm tumbling or doing lots of head movements similar to in ballroom dancing. Is this commonplace? or is it something that I should get checked out because it has be happening since I started cheer leading two years ago.

Answer:    blonde, right?

you: Doctor, it hurts when I do "this!"
Doctor: "stop doing that."
you: Oh.

Cheerleading isn't a profession.. it's barely a hobby. If you get distress doing it, do something else.

BTW, if you're really interested, you might be exacerbating a previous concussion, which could be fatal (or worse, turn you into a veg). You might want to reconsider your recreational undertakings.

*exacerbating means "to make worse".
I bring back it too. Or like when your heart starts to beat faster it pumps within your head? Just drink more water, and conceivably take an advil before you be in motion to tumbling(=
