Your primary safekeeping doctor should help. If it is something a little more serious, he might reccomend a physiatrist (Rehabilitation Doctor), but I importantly doubt that it is something serious.

What can i do to find used to the braces (pain)?

well if you have put it vertebrae in place then you should be fine. i own dislocated main fingers playing sports and it will hurt for a few days. so just rime and rest realy and yeah a normal doctor. but if you are realy worried aboiut it go to a physiotherepist.

I can move about right to sleep after my workouts, and stay asleep...this is why i work out previously bed. is this fruitless?
