Which exercises can i do avoiding using one of my knees?
i dislocated my right knee and i am waiting to get surgery, my knees is immobilized and i need to find some character of exercises that i can do without using my right leg
Answer: Not too many things that I can infer of.
Crunches; lying on the floor, no legs involved in that. Push ups maybe, I don't know if you could support yourself though. You could do leg lift using only your left leg. If you hold weights or something similar you could do arm exercises.
If you're talking more like aerobic exercise, hmm, you may have need of to wait till after your surgery. I'd say swimming, since the wet would support your legs but you can't really do that with your leg immobilized.
