Which is better: rime or Aloe Vera/ lotions to give support to near sunburn?
I have nasty sunburn on my legs and l little bit on my arms.. i know, i know, near are A LOT of sunburn questions but, well, I'm curious :D I'd close to to clear it up as fast as possible cause it looks stupid when its single one one side of your freakin' leg xD
Answer: I know that you've probably heard the aloe vera thing A LOT...believe me...but it really does minister to if you keep reapplying it. If you store it in the fridge, it can impart you more of a relief when you first put it on.
Ice packs (in small amounts of time) and cold cloths or compresses will also assistance to minimize the length of time that you have blush and should help with the swelling.
Take lukewarm (room temperature) BATHS. Taking showers beside too high of a water pressure could increase your throbbing. Taking a too-cold bath won't help, and will trademark you freezing. And a too-hot bath runs the risk of burning you even more, or irritating the burn that you already have.
Make sure that you drink PLENTY of hose down, in order to keep hold of your body hydrated so you don't develop a fever. If you do develop a fever, appropriate an acetaminophen or an ibuprofen to help get rid of the hallucination and to minimize inflammation and swelling.
If your sunburn is really bad and seems to be deeply painful, you may want to go see your doctor and acquire a prescriptive treatment..

I always found a tepid to cool tub with baking soda in the wet helped to "put out the fire' of the sunburn. Time IS THE ONLY cure for the unsightliness of the sunburn. In a few days after the pain is gone, you may want to use some leg working. NEITHER! Seriously, I don't know what people are raving about aloe for, adjectives it does is make you PEEL! Avoid it. Just take advil or aspirin and your regular lotion, or put nought on it. Drink lots of water, trust me that's the best medicine.
