I don't like smoking but I do just to exterminate time (don't say there are better things to slaughter time, because I've tried a lot of things... even when I do something, I need to destroy time :)). I smoke a cigarette with 1mg teer and 0.1mg Nicotine. I would even smoke a cigarette with 0mg teer and 0mg Nicotine (air). But if I don't smoke I use sweet things I wouldn't approaching to.

The "lightest cigarette" is "no cigarette." That's the only way to preserve the nice pink full-bodied color of your lungs. If you could see a cross section of a smoker's lung you'd see a black colored lung that has holes surrounded by it. At a very young age I saw 2 slides. one from a full-bodied lung and one from a smoker's lung. I never smoked but if I had that would be enough to trade name anyone stop smoking. Chew gum if you need to have something contained by your mouth. I keep "100 calorie" cheese nip packs, low cal popcorn, and low cal protein bar (110 calories but taste like large calorie peanut butter chocolate bars) for those times when I really want to munch on something. 100 calorie each evening is better than a cigarette.Are you surrounded by headache right in a minute? lol really theres nuthin dumber to do to kill time than smoking.i dont expect that in a mean way- cuz i smoke. but really jus try n quit. i yearning i never started. but really i dont kow if theres even a cigarette thats only got 1mg asphalt and 0.1mg of nicottine.
