Why am I electric?!?
Lately, every time I get out of the damn car, the subsequent time I touch ANYTHING, I'm electrocuted---a lot. Within the las couple months, I did get a new piercing, but that shouldn't be a problem. Any accepted wisdom on how to make it stop?
Answer: Increase the humidity in your house or room beside the use of a humidifier and get rid of carpeting.
If you can't get rid of the carpeting afterwards get an anti static mat for your pc desk or where you use the pc.
Use bounce sheets in the drying of your clothes.
Ask your parents or manager if your telephone system has an 8 ft grounding rod attached to the outside of the incoming cell phone ground.
Get a UPS installed between your pc and the wall.
Touch your pets less.
Wash your hand more often and touch the sink or faucet metal parts with both hand at the same time before you give up your job the house.
STATIC ELECTRICITY BUILDS FROM FRICTION. LIKE WALKING ACROSS A CARPET THEN TOUCHING SOMETHING YOU GET SHOCKED. THIS ACCRUES MORE FREQUENTLY IN THE WINTER.
