Why am I have strain when standing?

I am young but yet I own been experiencing pain within my left knee when walking or jump and after standing for about 20 or more mins my lower back begin to ache badly. I discern horrible cuz these are problems are for older people. What can it be?

Sounds similar to a disc problem. Try bending forward and pushing your backout. It will hurt/ache in the beginning but consequently the pain will subside. There are some stretching exercises you can do as well. Sit on the floor near your legs tucked under you, then stretch forward and curl final, pushing your lower back out. Lay on your side with your legs together. consequently bend the top knee and pull it over the bottom leg. While doing adjectives this try to twist your back so that your shoulders are trying to lay on the floor. this is call the "pretzel" you can tell why but it really works. You may hear a crack or pop but that is OK, could be that a disc have pushed out and is going back in.
