Why are my knees making cracking sounds?

i am 15 years old. everytime when im sitting down on a chair, my knees would quality like they are being too stiff adjectives the time when im sitting so then i would stretch out my legs and all of a sudden my knees would spawn this weird crack/pop sound. is at hand something wrong with my knees or is it just individual stiff? :o happens with my jaws too. when i would not sermon for awhile my jaws would feel stiff so i would move me jaws from side to side (i dont know if that makes sense but its close to moving my jaws bak and forth horizontally = P ) hehe. so if anyone knows whats wrong please tell me ^^

Answer:    i have the same problem beside my knees too. im 18 now but they've been cracking since i be like 13 or something. the cracks are really loud. everytime i squat they always crack. there's no aching though. also im a athlete. i dont know if that has anything to do with it. if there's no aching, then i guess dont worry roughly speaking it. but if you get older and discomfort begins, then i guess you walk see a doctor. but you're not alone in this. at least someone else contained by the world has cracking knees too. .

Young women especially are prone to problems with improper muscle be a foil for in their legs. They do not run and play like the boys do, and they wear shoes that put different strains on their legs than going barefoot.
