Why can't I shift to the bathroom?
I haven't pooped in days, i went to the doctor and she told me to lug miralax and it wont work i really want to poop, i keep eating and nought comes out i drink chai which usually makes me poop and nothing comes out and i try to drink a lot of fiber and apples and that doesnt work either
and i hear constipation could lead to serious problems like a kidney infection which i already own had i dont know what to do i reallly wanna poop

I guess you know all the usual recommendation: make sure you get lots of fruit and veg (esp. near skins; green veg like spinach), nuts (if not allergic), brown bread.
Probiotic yoghurts work for some people.
Also cause sure you're getting plenty of exercise - not necessarily at the gym, just walking more..
