Why cant i sleep ?
no matter how tired i am i lie down surrounded by bed and try to close my eyes but i just sit up all of a sudden moaning because its stressing me out that i cant sleep !!
its doing my organizer in that im realllllllllly tired but cant sleep :(
my partner thinks theres something wrong next to me because he has noticed me moaning too.i other moan at him though for snoring..can someone please explain to me me why i cant sleep (not because of his snoring) no matter how tired i am ?

Watch the caffeine. Too much caffeine throughout the day, even if it's not consumed right until that time bedtime, can contribute to fitful slumber. Once you hit 50, your metabolism slows, so caffeine may stay in your system longer -- up to 10 hours. Limit yourself to two cups of tea, coffee, or cola, taken at least 6 hours earlier bedtime. If that doesn't work, try cutting out caffeine altogether.Chamomile tea helps for some those.
Empty your mind of thoughts.
Take a warm bath an hour or two until that time bed. Your body temperature will slowly drop after you get out of the tub, making you grain tired. Don't bathe right before bed, however, because it can briefly stimulate you plenty to make it hard to slop asleep.
Going to bed either hungry or too full can disrupt your sleep. Don't have a big spread too close to bedtime or the digestion process might keep you awake.
Reserve your bed just for sleeping and sex. Avoid working, paying bills, reading, or watching small screen in bed. If you associate your bed only next to sleep, you'll be more likely to fall asleep when you grasp under the covers for the night. (weird I know but I've have a doctor tell me the same article.)
A nighttime routine can be very effective within letting your body know when it's time to sleep. Go through whatever rituals help you go and get mentally prepared for sleep.
Another thing, is to relax and just focus on vast relaxed breathing. It's hard to explain but it works.
Sleeping pills work really good to but notably addictive.

try taking as much sugar and caffine out of ur diet as possible ...some people find that an orgasm helps them to sleep as it releases convinced cemicals in the brain that make u drowsey..try relaxing music ...failing adjectives that go to ur doctor.my doctor told me this stuff as i to have trouble sleeping i find it works

Always remember , no one contained by this world lives without some tension or the other...
It is how you face your day-to -day problems and remember if you solve any problem today , may be in another next 4-5 days someother problem will arie ..and this will verbs for ever..and it happens with everyone..
So simple try to save all your worries a side while you go to sleep and give them for tomorrow.

Eat healthy food , avoid all unwanted items foods and plenty of water during the day.

first of adjectives you need to relax, if you keep stressing next of course u wont sleep. you may be stressed about something but if you are really worried just about this then go see ur doctor.
What you should do is return with up really early one day so that you've scarcely had any sleep and then next next night you'll be really tired. Go to bed early-ish and procure up early again the next sunshine and it should get your body into a good routine where on earth you have lots of hours sleep and can get up at a all right time.

probably worrying about something that you are not consious of. It might even just be weather amend, Make sure you dont sleep in any light and non clamour. (ask your partner to get them snoring strip things to put on his nose-from chemist. lol, but they will help a great deal) Make sure you are not too hot or too cold when you be in motion to bed and write all your thoughts on a pierce of paper beforehand you sleep and put under your pillow.
