Why do i discern so not a hundred percent?
i feel like i hold a big hangover when i didnt even drink last nite, i feel hot next cold and have to keep going toilet if u catch me! and i feel sick in my stomach.

It turned out to be a bit of pleurisy, coupled beside pneumonia, so a short course of mild anti-biotics from my GP put it right.
