Why do I receive severe backbone distress within the middle of the dark?

I've been waking up beside the most excruciating pain for the past few months. It started within April and only happened once surrounded by a while now it's almost every week. I rarely procure back pain during the time and when I do it's minor stuff that goes away with Advil but at darkness I can take Tylenol 3's and it'll go away or a short time ago numb the pain a little. I enjoy a large chest (larger than an F) but I don't know if that would cause me to rouse up in such pain. Any suggestions?

Answer:    have large breasts most definitely can wreak pain in your final. esp when your asleep...you are laying for long periods of time and that creates pressure points, which can grounds muscles to ache or spasm.

i have impossible to tell apart problem. due to large breasts.

solution would be a breast reduction but that can be rugged to get insurance to cover.
other than that, you can seize an adjustment done w/a chiropractor.
.
during the day it doesnt hurt that much because you are wearing a bra, but at night most women steal off the bra wich can cause niggle. Also it depends on the position you are in when you sleep, maybe you can try wearing a tighter t-shirt when you sleep, beneath you pajamas so it restrains and holds your chest a little, also try sleeping in a different position. Also, when i capture bad knee twinge, (i have a disorder) my orthopoedic told me to take agony medicine before the backache starts. I am sorry your in so much pain, its righteous your getting a reduction. Good Luck! I hope i could help!
