I take 60 mg of morphine (tablet) every morning. I have drive about an hr. later,and most of the aching is gone. Then 7-8 hrs. later, I'm told that I drop things or talk to myself while I'm partly asleep watching TV. Also I'm confused about why I am able to perspire when I'm involved? Isn't that more likely during withdrawal? When I took opiates years ago, the lone time you were able to perspire be during withdrawal. I'm confused!

huh morphine is a depressant, I am surprised it takes 7-8 hours to trademark you sleepy. When I take it, I am sleepy in 1-2 hours

How is your diet? I know opiates can lower your appetite and produce constipation. Perhaps your blood sugar happens to drop around that time. How often do you chomp through? And what do you eat? I would suggest foods high within fiber while on opiate agonist therapy. Also stay away from junk food and drink plenty of fluids during the time.
