Knee hurts when walking?

Every once in awhile I have this type of anguish with gas. I know that sounds strange. The pain go all the way through to my final . First time I had it I thought it was the origination of a heart attack or something. I don't remember why but I took some alka seltzer and emitted a huge belch and the pain disappeared instantly. Now I own the problem a couple times each year.
You might try something to get gas up, any alka seltzer, gentle pounding on the painful nouns or Tums or something.
I wouldn't wait too long before have it checked out if you can't get rid of it though. It always bothers me when the strain is in the heart area.
