Recently I keep having dizzy spells and grain light headed profoundly of the time. It starts if with difficulty breathing, then my eyes blur or my audible range goes funny then I achieve all dizzy and sometimes (rarely though) even blackout and fall to the floor. Whats wrong beside me? I had to have an ambulance out once cus I did this one dark and totally went unconscious for a while and stuff. They thought I be maybe enemic, and also said I had low blood pressure, and to see a doctor. Im too anxious though cus I dont want a blood test...what do I do? I dont wanna feel close to this anymore :(
Answer: Yes, the dreaded blood sample. I hate getting shots as much as the subsequent guy, but it may be a good option if you really want to be nontoxic. What's one prick if it helps you stay healthy? Anywho, your condition have similarities to the conditions of dehydration and lack of nutrition. You have to hang on to hydrated, and since you have a low blood pressure, you should drink more. Water is extremely beneficial in a situation similar to this. You also NEED to eat more. Get three square meals a hours of daylight of healthy food and snacks, and make sure they own good carbs and proteins. Don't worry just about your figure, it sounds to me like you enjoy a high metabolism, and eating vigorous does wonder for health. But seriously, the most important entity right now is to see a doctor, regardless of your fear of needles. You hold to take every step to insure your body's welfare. If you get dizzy or lightheaded, I want you to sit down, or better on the other hand to lay down on your back, elevate your feet next to a pillow or something, drink some nice, cool water, and breath and relax. Passing out is bad adequate, but its the fall that gets you. I've see situations where people go beyond out, fall, and land their manager on a rock, which turns the problem more serious. Please, don't get too worried, but take it seriously..
You requirement to see a doctor immediately! Sounds like a blood pressure problem. Whatever it is, it isn't accurate. loss of sleep?
