Why do i sleep 12-13 hours a light of day?
well I'm 13 and going into 8th grade and its summer time. i stay up intil around 4 or 5 contained by the mourning. and i sleep intil 4 or 5 pm. i miss out the whole day and barley can swing out with my friends. how can i change this? because i dont seize tired intil 4 or 5 .

Answer: that happens to me sometimes...i get contained by a bad sleeping pattern and i running out up sleeping all day and staying up adjectives night doing nothing. all right anyways i think you should aim to go to sleep an hour quicker than the night before respectively night. like if you go to sleep at 5 the past night, aim for 4. the subsequent night, aim for 3. and so forth.
and i know it can be difficult to fall asleep before than you're used to, so actually get contained by bed an hour before you plan to fall asleep. and help yourself to a sleeping pill, like melatonin (it's a natural herb that you can find at the drug store) or knock out (i'm pretty sure that one is natural too).
they're definetely non-addictive, and they will help you win to sleep!

p.s. it's pretty unproblematic to sleep until 5 pm if you stayed up really late the night beforehand. so once you've gotten to a normal sleeping pattern, clear a goal for what time you want to wake up 9-10 hours after that, and set an alarm and have your parents wake you up or something.

i'm 18 its summer i'm out of college same thing is happening to me i dont capture tired until 3 or 4 in the morning and i wake up close to at 11 or 12 in the morning i dont know what it is i just cant trip up asleep early i guess if you go to sleep early you mostly likey wake up earlier you entail to get a least the 8 hours but you do sleep alot 4 to 5 contained by the afternoon thats a lot of sleeping maybe you should see someone on that. you requirement to reset your clock and go to bed earlier so you can spend time next to your friends. go to bed and read a book, that helps me after an hour or so.
