Why do my knees crack?
Okay, so here's the thing: Whenever I bend down, or kneel down (crouch down fully contained by a seating position) both my knees crack - and it's really loud, they crack a lot. And it usually happen after I haven't sat down for a long time, or bent down. Does anyone know why this is? Help would be appreciated, thank you.
