when you over work your legs (running, dancing, even partying at a club) you work out your leg muscles making them sore, and after your adrenaline rush is gone you would feel the most pain, which would eventually leave you asleep later on. Now you know when you slep your legs are sometimes bent? When that happens your tense muscles can form a tight knot making you scream AHHHH! (and will eventually wale up everyone in your house lol). But on a positive note charlie horse are very easy to get rid of. When you feel the pain just simply STRETCH OUT YOUR LEGS. Doing that would loosen that knot like lossening the knot on your tied shoelaces.
