Why do these joint crack?
Okay, not to be gross, but the joint that conjoins my leg to my crotch cracks all the time. If I don't crack it, it feel like I can't move it out all the time. I don't force them to crack, they only just do when I move.
I do cheerleading if that has anything to do with it.
My pay for always cracks too, if that means anything.
Answer: I'm 29 years ancient but back in the sunshine was a cheerleader for 6 years. ( and cheerleading is a SPORT ) Cheering is very not easy on your joints.
