Why do you have a feeling resembling this when you run into shock?
Today I passed out and my body went into shock..heres my symptoms; i was hot; surrounded by the sun, stiff...i couldn't move my body and it felt numb..i started hyperventalating, now my mom is a Registered Nurse and she said I be dehydrated and went into shock. Please tel me why my body be numb
Answer: The reason your body was numb be that all the blood was going to your focal organs to keep you alive. Your heart, brain, lungs, etc. .

you didn't stir into shock, you fainted. you likely get a little dehydrated from one in the sun and not drinking enough dampen, then something happened to trigger a faint episode, it sounds like you might have have an episode of hyperventilation. dehydration can drop your blood pressure, fainting does drop your blood pressure. hyperventilation is notorious for cause numbness/tingling and weakness. you probably had low blood pressure for a few minutes,but you weren't within shock. i agree if you really went into shock you would be a whole lot sicker than you are presently
