Why does my ankle build rumble when I step?
my ankle often clicks when i walk.
i' ve never have any leg injurys.
can any 1 tell me why this happen?
Answer: The cracking crash is the synovial fluid in between the joints of the bones. This fluid is prominent,as it helps to prevent friction between the bones. The cracking noise happen when bubbles form in the synovial fluid,and when they burst they make a cracking or a popping crash. It's nothing to worry roughly speaking,as it happens to most people. It's naught serious,and it DOES NOT cause arthritis. Loads of people say it does,but the truth is it doesn't. I hold this same problem I am not sure why it happens. More than likely its purely where the bones rub against each other and end in a click like sound. I would not verbs too much about it but it sucks if you are trying to be sneaky. You need more omega3 surrounded by your diet for one thing. Omega3's do lots of amazing things for your body, including helping with your joint. Reference listed below.
