Why does my paw cramp when I write?

After writing for about ten minutes, my hand starts to feel really crampy and I hold to take a break. This is a pain because I have a diary and I own to stop because it hurts too much. Does anyone know why this happens and how to stop/prevent it? Thanks
Answers:    maybe your grip on the pencil is too strong. i would recommend relaxing while you're writing instead of being strained. and writing for ten minutes is straight is painful.

After you sprain an ankle...?

It either happens because of the course you are holding your pen/pencil in your hand or because of the angle of your arm against the paper. Try to sit near a straight back and write with the paper facing you a bit that tilted to the right/left. This will help the bloodflow into your hand and fingers.

My leg still hurts to waddle on?

It sounds as though your grip on the writing instrument may be wrong. This could also be a problem called dysgraphia, which is considered a study disability. When you have a few spare minutes, type "dysgraphia" into Google and research it a little.

Why is my mouth sore? it keep..

the tendons in your appendage are tightening after a period of long writing. Which will cause "cramps" in your paw. Same thing happens if you walk or run for a great length of time.
