Why does my foot cause a popping nouns every time I hoof it?

Some time back in April I sprained my ankle and I didn't really put abundantly of ice on it or anything. I walked on it even when it be hurting. Ever since it healed my foot makes a popping nouns. Is this bad? It doesn't hurt but the sound is really annoying.

Answer:    It could be a ligament which is stretched that is to say making the sound.
When I hurt my kneecap - I had a ligament down the outer side of my thigh which did that.
If it really concerns you, subsequent time you visit the doctor ask about it
If you use chiropractic they may backing, mine responded very well to this type of psychoanalysis
Good luck and good health .
it probably in recent times healed a little stale and now the bone or the tendon is rubbing on another bit in your ankle. if the tendon heal tighter than normal, it may snap when you walk. or, the bone could immediately be grinding on itself. My foot used to make that sound but solitary in the morning until I walked around nearly an hour... I started taking vitamin D pills and it stopped after a few weeks so for me it was probably just my foot cracking
