it started hurting on wed of last week, over the weekend it started swelling, I have taken ibuprofen and iced it, but it still hurts when I acquire up to walk or go up and down stairs. it does not look bruised on top but if I placidly put pressure on it it looks black and blue. I don't remember hurting it or dropping anything on it.. what is it?
