Why does my throat hurt whenever i stir up?
like this is an everyday thing. every morning i stir up and my throat is like swollen and very sore. but its not close to that when i go to bed and usually goes away after conceivably an hour or two. what is this?
Answer: You may be a mouth breather, so all the air going surrounded by and out is irritating your throat. There are mouth guards to help with this. There's also the possibility you own allergies, and your throat is getting irritated from post-nasal drip. See an allergist or an ENT for diagnosis.
If your throat was just sore when you woke up, I would probably voice it sounds like a cold, or your breath our your mouth when sleeping. Like others said try gargling beforehand you go to bed. If your conditions worsens or continues on for more than 5 days to a week, I would strongly suggest you go see a doctor.

Most credible you are a mouth breather while you sleep and your throat is drying out. Keep a glass of water by the bed and whip some sips if you ever wake up at night. If you bring diphenhydramine (Benadryl or Tylenol PM) to help you sleep it increases that dryness.Question around my moorland?!?
Try gargling since you go to bed. Even if you have to gargle next to saltwater to get the germs out, try it and it will probably help!Drainage - sinus problems.
