I'm so curios about this. Why is it so easy to smile but when we get the impression like crying and hold back our mouth hurts so bad? and I mean discouraging! Is there an explanation to this?
Does this happen to anyone else?

Crying cause muscle contraction in most muscles in the frontage. When you hold back you are working against your own muscles and the pain you are notion is just a type of muscle ache.
