i went to a clinic and they said i have a shred down there but that should have heal up by now do you think thats the defence why it still hurts to have sex?

maybe it's not totally healed up even so. or maybe your not lubricated enough when you hold sex. make sure you use some lube( astroglide or one of those. do not use petroleum jelly or baby grease cuz these break down the rubber in condoms.
