Why does this occur to me?
Everytime I have to make a speech or help yourself to a photo in front of alot of people I dont blush or acquire nervous but my upper lip starts twitching why does this happen?
Answer: Its simply a nervous twitch. The same thing happen to me when I get professional pictures taken. There's nothing wrong though..
