Why is my departed leg agony?
During the day I was at home or at work, my gone leg feel fine and healthy. Then surrounded by the evening, I was out to play 9-hole disc golfing. During disc golfing, my left leg starting to hurt, I wondered why that come about and how can I help it?
Answer: If it doesn't go away soon, progress to your doctor and ask for a script for McKenzie therapy to treat a possible herniated or bulging disc. Leg distress can be a sign of a bulging disc and from the twisting you did, it is not out of the question. Find a therapist to treat you here: www.mckenziemdt.org.
Try massage it or sit in the tub of epsom salts. The marine in the tub has to be as hot as you can stand it that this will oblige the leg(s) to relax. Depending on how much water you put in, that you put a partially a cup of the salts in the tub. Or you could budge in a hot jacuzzi. You might have pulled a muscle. Good luck. Maybe you pulled a muscle while you be playing golf. Put some heat on it. If it hurts really bad you might hold to go to the dr for some muscle relaxers.
