I'm really sick right now so I decided to try Tylenol Night. I've been have trouble sleeping (because I can't breathe through my nose and I'm coughing and my eyes are sore from pressure) the last couple of night.

My examine is...Will Tylenol Night help me sleep or make me somewhat tired?

I just took it resembling 15 minutes ago and it helped a little with my symptoms.
Answers:    Tylenol PM have diphenhydramine...the ingredient in Benadryl. It makes most people tired. Happy dreams!

Tylenol Night have acetaminophen and diphenhydramine, which is also known as Benadryl. Benadryl works for some folk, but not others, to cause sleepiness. However, it usually take a honourable while to work, and then also takes a good while to take out of your system, so some folk experience grogginess in the morning if it is taken too late in the evening.

Stretched ligament, ligament injure?

If it have a drowsiness warning on it, then yes. But Nyquil works the best for me if I want to fall asleep swiftly. The Tylenol Night should do the trick, though. Sleep well!
